At Vexaloria, we take shipping seriously to ensure you receive your jewelry promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

⏲️ Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
  • Shipping charges will be around Rs. 250.

⚠️ Strict Shipping Guidelines

  • No exceptions: We do not offer rush processing or expedited shipping. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses: Orders with incorrect shipping details will be canceled or delayed until corrected. We are not responsible for delays due to inaccurate information.
  • No cancellations after shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

🚫 Parcel Opening Before Payment

As per courier company rules, customers are strictly not allowed to open the parcel before making full payment.
The delivery rider is not authorized to allow any parcel to be opened prior to payment. If you refuse to accept the parcel because of this, the delivery will be marked as undelivered.

🕒 Reporting a Problem

Once you receive your parcel, please inspect it immediately. If you find any issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damage, or defect), kindly report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, you must provide the following:

  • Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Without this proof, we may not be able to assist with your claim.

🚚 Shipping Fee Policy

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if you choose to return the item.

📦 Second Attempt Deliveries

If your parcel is not received on the first delivery attempt and is delivered on the second attempt, please be aware that:

  • Vexaloria is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the delay.
  • The condition of the parcel at this point depends entirely on how the courier company and their rider handle it.

We highly recommend receiving your parcel on the first attempt to avoid such risks.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
