- Ownership of Content: All designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Vexaloria. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Order Process
- All orders are custom-made and begin production as soon as the payment is received. We recommend double-checking your order details before confirming your purchase.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled or changed.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices are final once an order is placed.
- Payment must be made at the time of placing an order using the accepted payment methods on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Once an order is placed, production will begin. Shipping times are estimated based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Shipping Delays: Vexaloria is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Any estimated delivery dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
5. Returns and Refunds
- No returns or refunds are accepted for custom-made items except in cases of defects or damage. Please refer to our detailed Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy for more information.
- Claims regarding defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photographic evidence of the issue.
- Refunds are only issued after verification of the defect or error. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.
6. Product Accuracy and Colors
- We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in display settings, the colors and appearance of products may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.
- We are not liable for minor variations in product appearance, including color discrepancies, and such differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.

- Vexaloria is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
- Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the cost of the product purchased, excluding shipping fees.
